Enterprise Business Process Analyst

6-Month Contract, Auckland CBD, Flexible Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Business Process Analyst for a critical 6-month contract to lead a high-priority organizational transformation across multiple streams of work.

The Opportunity

Most BAs focus on how a single app works; we need someone who understands how the entire business breathes. In this role, you won't just be gathering requirements, you will be the Architect of Efficiency.

You will be responsible for mapping complex, cross-functional "As-Is" workflows and designing "To-Be" states that align with our long-term strategic goals. Your objective is to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and ensure our processes are scalable and ready for digital modernization.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain high-level process architectures using BPMN 2.0, Six Sigma or similar standards.
• Identify disconnects between current operations and the desired future state.
• Act as the bridge between the Executive team, IT, and Operations to drive standardization.
• Guide business units through the transition from legacy manual habits to streamlined, automated workflows.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in Enterprise-wide process modeling (not just project-level software requirements).
• Evidence of using a formal framework for analyzing "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" states with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, Kaizen or, similar
• Ability to translate C-Suite vision into actionable process improvements.
• Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage resistance to change.
• NZ Work Rights: You must hold a valid New Zealand Work Visa or be a Resident/Citizen to apply.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Modern Auckland CBD office.
• Hybrid Flow: 3 days in-office for collaboration, 2 days remote.
• Flexibility: Core hours apply, but we offer flexible start and finish times to suit your lifestyle.
